John F. Kaiser
Chief Executive Officer
John F. Kaiser serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Pri-Pak, Inc. John has over 23 years experience in soft drink bottling and juice/new age beverage manufacturing. He served as a Vice President of Operations at Pepsi Central Investment ($250 million annual sales) which was sold to Pepsi Americas in 2005 and most recently in Commodity Risk Management/Global Supply Chain Management for Sunny Delight Beverages ($450 million annual sales) after the spin-off to the equity firm J.W. Childs in 2004. He started his career as a Manufacturing Engineer at GE Aircraft Engines. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
John enjoys spending time with his wife and twin girls, reading, traveling abroad, and following European football and his favorite team Manchester United.
Chief Financial Officer
Diane Tidwell, CFO, with 25 years progressively responsible experience in the corporate accounting arena, has served Pri-Pak, Inc. since 2000 through strong financial acumen and work ethic. She believes in Pri-Pak, Inc.’s ability to offer customers a competitive edge and reduced risk through innovative quality packaging. Diane began her career in non-for-profit/fund accounting at the Cincinnati Art Museum followed by manufacturing international accounting and corporate consolidation for Mannesmann Sachs North American Operations. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati, OH and an MBA from Xavier University.
Diane spends all her time away from work with her husband and five children. She enjoys cheering on sporting events, helping with homework and experimenting with photography.
Bill Lambert serves as TQM Manager and has 41 years experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. With a degree in Food Science from Purdue University, he has been in the Quality field for his entire career. Started in the food industry with low acid canned foods, then moved to hot fill products, spring water, and finally spent the past 28 years in the beverage industry in various positions from Quality Manager to Divisional Director of Field Technical Services for a major soft drink bottler. He has worked for several great companies including RJ Reynolds, Del Monte, Sunkist, Canada Dry, Schweppes, Dr Pepper, and Perrier.
This experience has given Bill great insight to the many challenges associated with the beverage manufacturing industry which has helped to mold Pri-Pak, Inc. into an industry leader in their field. When not at work, you can find Bill on the golf course.
Joseph Marunowski serves as Plant Manager and has 24 years of beverage manufacturing experience in the Food and Beverage industry. He has worked with a diverse group of organizations including Nestle, Samuel Adams, Harry London/Fannie May Chocolates, Great Lakes Cheese, Pierre’s Ice Cream as well as several artisanal breweries. He holds bachelor degrees in International Affairs from The American University, and International Business from The University of Maryland. He also holds an MBA from Cleveland State University. Joe’s insight and rich professional experience has provided Pri-Pak’s customers with unique operational solutions while driving improved yields, efficiencies and quality attainment metrics. Joe was a Korean linguist with the U.S. Army. He has studied in Austria as well as England.
He has won 9 international awards for brewing, and several local chili cook competitions. On the weekends, you can find him lounging next to his BBQ pit at home and listening to the blues with a glass of bourbon and a fine cigar.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Kevin McInerney serves as Director of Sales and Marketing. Kevin is an accomplished sales, marketing, operations and project manager executive. During his time with PepsiCo, Coors, Molson and Ball Corporation he increased sales by $117 million and reduced supply chain costs by $7 million. Kevin has a knack for building strategic alliances that result in practical and innovative solutions. He is that rare Manager that has the ability to bridge the gap between sales and operations. Projects are delivered on time, within budget and designed with client requirements, in mind.
When Kevin is not seeing to his client’s needs, he enjoys a variety of activities including running, hiking, biking, reading and volunteer work with local police and fire authorities. As an Ohio State alumnus, Kevin is an avid Buckeye fan and athletics booster. He is also the proud father of a wonderful daughter, residing in Colorado.
Steve Yates serves as Sales Director and has more than 30 years of beverage manufacturing experience. The majority of Steve’s career has been spent with The Pepsi Bottling Group, Nantucket Nectars, and Cadbury Schweppes America’s Beverages. Steve has worked on and help develop distribution with brands such as Snapple, Nantucket Nectars, Canada Dry/7UP, and Pepsi at both the local and National levels.
As a graduate of Temple University, Steve is the proud father of two daughters and spends most of his free time attending the numerous sporting activities between his girls. Steve also enjoys walking/jogging, golf, and is an avid Philadephia sports fan!
